Stephen McClure became financially free at the age of 32 when his passive income from his investments easily replaced his engineering salary. His company focuses on providing the tools to help others achieve financial independence, dispelling the myth of retirement after a lifetime of working. His passion is to learn, teach and share this information. His dynamic personality and focus on having fun will ensure that all of his workshops exceed your expectations.

Denise Andison - COO/CFO & Wealth Coach
Denise Andison is a real estate investor, who runs three businesses including Wealth by Design. She is a co-founder of the Victoria Real Estate Investors Club and co-facilitates the successful Money Matters Bootcamp program. Her design background helps her to provide creative solutions in her role as a wealth coach.

Chad Pretsell - Wealth Coach
Chad Pretsell “retired” from the Canadian Navy as a Logistics Officer within 3 years of taking control and responsibility of his investments and financial destiny. He did this by honing his financial literacy and by focusing on tax efficient asset backed financial opportunities. At age 33, Chad continues to share his investment philosophies and keys to success as a wealth coach with others, working to help them achieve their own Health, Wealth and Happiness. Chad is a firm believer that our Health is our Wealth so we should insure and protect our health and earning ability. Shane Doran - Wealth Coach
Shane Doran went from student debt to financial freedom in six years. He is an electrical engineer, genetic biologist and owner of several businesses including Wealth by Design. His focus is on overall wealth in the areas of financial freedom, relationships, health and knowledge. Shane has a passion for research and continually investigates new possibilities and opportunities. He enjoys his role as a Wealth Coach and is fulfilled through mentoring others and sharing ideas!
